Build your clients' AI plan.

Ojja gives you the facts: what they pay, what sits idle, what is already included in their licenses. You propose, they decide, Ojja tracks what is actually used.

Your clients’ questions

  • We are asked for an AI plan for next year. Where do we start?
  • What do we already have, before buying anything else?
  • Who needs training, and on what?
  • What we decided, is it really used?

What Ojja gives you

  1. What your client already has. First what they pay, what sits idle, and what is included in their licenses without being turned on; for each request, the equivalent already paid for.
  2. Needs, department by department. You run your interviews your way and you enter the needs; the requests from employees received through the portal are added to them.
  3. You propose, they decide. Your proposal, in your name, on one line; their decision-maker accepts it, edits it or declines it. Each decision carries the objective your client sets.
  4. Who to inform, who to train. For each decision, the people concerned: the material for your training sessions, which you sell and run. Once the training is done, your client declares it, with its dated document. The framework the catalog links to the features concerned: Article 4 of the European regulation on artificial intelligence, on AI literacy, with the points to review with your client's counsel.
  5. What is really used. Usage read, by tool and by department, against your client's objective. Usage is never reported for a group of fewer than ten people.

On the Arvenne example

Arvenne starts from what it has. Copilot Chat is on for its 412 accounts, not paid for separately; decision: adopt. Fourteen accounts use ChatGPT, connected by employees, with no decision. Notion AI is paid for 30 accounts, with no usage read; decision: reclaim. Arvenne's plan starts there: what is used, what sits idle, what the teams chose for themselves.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja chooses no tool for you, trains no one and deploys nothing.
  • Ojja attributes no effect to a tool: it puts side by side what is paid, what is decided and what is used.
  • The proposal is yours, in your name: Ojja makes none.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
