What exactly do you read?
Registers and configurations: licenses, settings, AI features turned on, connected applications and aggregated usage reports. Never an email, a document or a conversation. The details of the permissions are published on the readout page and on the trust page.
How long does the readout take?
We reply within one business day, then we hand you the three counts. The complete list, feature by feature, comes with Ojja Watch within seven days.
What happens if we don't go further?
You keep your readout for twelve months in your workspace. We stop reading anything after delivery, and we remind you on day 14 to remove the access.
How is the price calculated?
Monthly: €1.50 excl. VAT per account of your main suite per month, with a minimum of €390 excl. VAT, no commitment. Yearly: €15 excl. VAT per account per year, with a minimum of €3,900 excl. VAT, paid in advance, i.e. two months free. Accounts are read at the first snapshot, excluding guests and technical accounts; if you have two suites, the larger of the two counts, never the sum.
Can I invite my counsel or my external DPO?
Yes. Readers are unlimited and never billed: your lawyer, your external DPO or your accountant read at your invitation, with an expiry date.
