One line per feature

Each AI feature has its own line: vendor, software, date enabled, cost, status (paid, enabled, used), where the fact comes from. Filter by vendor, department, type of AI, usage, model or source.

Three statuses, never merged

  • Paid: at least one seat or subscription that includes it is billed to the company.
  • Enabled: the feature is available to at least one user, through an administrator's setting or the vendor's default.
  • Used: at least one user has used it over the last twenty-eight days, according to the vendor's aggregated usage reports.

The three statuses are independent and are never merged. A feature can be paid without being enabled, enabled without being used, used without having been decided.

These definitions are those of the public method.

Where each line comes from

Each line of the register carries its origin: the vendor (enabled by an update or by default), the administrator (enabled by a setting), or the employee (authorized by an employee on their own data).

Each fact carries its source: extracted (read in a tool, with the source and the date), declared (provided by the company, with the author and the date), inferred (computed by a named rule from other facts).

What's left to decide

A counter that is always visible. Every week, a dated snapshot: what changed, what has been idle for a month, what overlaps.

Where the register starts

It starts from the free readout.

The full list arrives within seven days, then the readout becomes a living register: your tools are read every day or every week, depending on the tool; an alert on five events as soon as they are read; a dated snapshot every week to decide. You decide line by line; the history stays.

What the register is not

Not an administration tool: it never writes to your software.

Facts only: no rating, no conclusion about your situation.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI register?
The list of all the company's AI features, one line each: what it costs, whether it is enabled, whether anyone uses it, who put it into service, and where each fact comes from.
Do we have to enter our tools by hand?
Not for what can be read in your tools: licenses, applications authorized by employees, settings, where the vendor exposes them. A tool that cannot be read can be added by hand; its line then carries the source “declared”.
Does Ojja change our settings?
No. Ojja never writes to your software. Your administrator applies the decisions; the next snapshot records that it is done.
