Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the feed and your feed?
The feed is public and free: every Monday, the vendors' announcements and their labels. Your feed is the same stream, filtered on your company's software, with what is left to decide.
Do alerts arrive right away?
As soon as the event is read. Depending on the tool, reading happens every day or every week; the Connections page of your workspace says so, tool by tool.
Do we have to read every announcement?
No. Your feed keeps only those that affect your tools, with their labels.
