How do we see what our vendors are going to change in our tools?

In two lines #

“Coming up” lists the vendors' dated announcements about your tools, and the scheduled activations. When the vendor allows it, the page says until which date an activation can be deferred, in the vendor's console.

The steps #

1. In the menu, “What's moving” group, open “Coming up”.
2. Each line gives its date, its title and the tool, with its type: “Vendor announcement” or “Scheduled activation”.
3. “Can be deferred until …, in the vendor's console.”: the deadline to defer it.
4. To decide before that date: “To handle”, “Activation circuit” block (see Where to start each week).

On the Arvenne example #

On the Arvenne example, the activation of the meeting recaps is scheduled for October 6, 2026 and can be deferred until October 20.

What Ojja does not do #

Deferring an activation is done in the vendor's console, never by Ojja.
