Your business processes, step by step.

Supplier invoices, customer reminders, your customers’ requests, answers to tenders, a new employee’s arrival: Ojja walks through the process with your tools and marks each step: already paid, included, to buy or to build.

What you see, step by step

  1. The step’s tool. The one you pay for, read in your tools; the process stays “inferred” until someone at your company, or your partner, has confirmed it.
  2. The AI the vendor documents. The capability, the edition it requires and its mode (native, through an integration offered by the vendor, through an MCP server, through the API), with its source at the vendor and its date.
  3. Its mark. Already paid, included in what you have, to buy, or to build.
  4. Who carries the step. A role at your company, never a name.
  5. What is measured. Usage before and after, when a step changes.

With Ojja

  • With the free readout. For the steps that go through Microsoft 365: what you already pay for, and what is turned on at your company.
  • In Ojja Watch. The process marked step by step, kept up to date with your tools, and each step that changes measured before and after.
  • With a partner. The process adapted to your company: they propose, you decide.

Each step chains levers: what your tools can already do.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja builds nothing and does not choose a vendor for you: it records what each one documents.
  • A step that the vendor does not document is not shown; nothing is written from memory.
  • Never a promised saving: a count before, a count after.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
