The company’s AI, on one page.

Your board or your shareholders will ask which AI runs at your company, what it costs and who answers for it. Ojja gives you the answer on one page, every quarter.

The questions of executive leadership

  • How much does AI cost us, all vendors combined?
  • Is what we pay worth its price?
  • What have we decided to keep, and to stop?
  • What do we answer our board, our shareholders, a large customer?

What not knowing costs

  • The board's question, unanswered. “Which AI do we have, what does it cost, what did we decide, who answers for it?” Gartner forecasts that more than 40% of companies will experience by 2030 a security or regulatory incident linked to unauthorized AI (November 19, 2025). With Ojja: the COMEX page every quarter, and the decisions signed by those who make them.
  • A budget that rises without debate. Gartner forecasts a 49.5% rise in worldwide AI spending in 2026 (September 16, 2026), and Microsoft raises the price of its suites on July 1, 2026, citing AI among the reasons. Without a starting figure, the committee discovers the bill instead of voting it. With Ojja: the AI bill and the quarter's renewals, on the COMEX page.
  • What the text provides. The European regulation on artificial intelligence provides for fines of up to 35 million euros or 7% of worldwide annual turnover for prohibited practices, and up to 15 million euros or 3% for several other obligations (Art. 99). This is general information: how it applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine. With Ojja: the Ojja Actions rule set, signed every year, and the dated proof of what was decided.

What this costs you, personally: the free readout says it in ten minutes, read-only.

What you receive

You do not read the register: you read one page.

  1. The total. What AI costs you per year, all vendors combined, from the free readout; then the budget, line by line.
  2. The executive committee page, every quarter. What runs, what it costs, what has been decided, what is coming, and the roadmap, department by department.
  3. The decisions. Each decision dated, with its author and its reason: what you keep, what you stop.
  4. The files. For a large customer, an insurer or a buyer, the file drawn from the register’s facts, dated and sourced.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja does not decide for you: it records, you settle.
  • Ojja promises no amount: it shows what you pay and what is worth its price.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
