Find out what AI really costs you.
The total, across all vendors, and what sits idle. Read in your licenses, your seats and their usage, not reconstructed from memory.
The question
“How much does AI cost us per year, across all vendors, and how many seats are really used?” This figure is on no invoice: it is spread across licenses, subscriptions, cards and expense reports. Each vendor shows you its AI. None shows you the total, nor that several tools do the same thing.
What Ojja shows you
- The total, with the free readout. Ojja reads your licenses, your seats and their usage, and prices them at the vendor's list price. Tools outside your suites come from what you declare. The total is shown as “read plus declared”, never “everything you pay”.
- What sits idle. Seats paid for with no use over 28 days, including on deactivated accounts, with the date they can be reclaimed. An idle seat can be reclaimed at renewal; after that, it is paid for until the next renewal.
- What has no cap. The features billed by usage or in credits, and the cap when the vendor offers one.
- Included AI, shown separately. Our rule: we never split a price the vendor does not split. AI included in your licenses is shown as “included”, with its usage; an increase in your suite remains an increase in your suite.
- Worth its price, with Ojja Watch. For each tool and each agent, the time it must save to be worth its price, against the usage read in your company.
- The bill as paid, with Ojja Watch. The amount actually paid against the list price, the AI paid for outside licenses, the renewals, and the year's AI budget, line by line.
On the Arvenne example
Arvenne's readout reads 412 accounts, 37 applications and 14 AI features. Copilot Chat is on for all 412 accounts without being paid for separately. Notion AI is paid for 30 accounts: the line is declared by Arvenne, and its provenance says so. Its usage is not yet read; “worth its price” answers “too early to tell”.

What Ojja never does
- Ojja does not buy, cancel or negotiate anything on your behalf: it gives you the facts, you decide.
- Ojja promises you no percentage of savings: it shows what sits idle, you decide whether to reclaim it.
Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
