The four questions of an HR director

  • Does this tool rank candidates, and does a recruiter review the ranking?
  • A candidate asks which tools processed their application. What do you answer within the month?
  • My vendor added an AI feature in its latest update. Since when has it been active in our company?
  • Are my teams pasting resumes into a consumer AI tool?

Ojja does not answer for you. It gives you the facts to answer.

What Ojja gives you

  1. Your HR tools on a single page. Every AI feature that touches your candidates and your employees, whatever the vendor, from the most recent to the oldest.
  2. What each feature does, according to the vendor. Recommends, ranks, rates, filters or rejects; human review documented or not; data used; training on your data; where it is processed. When the vendor says nothing, we write it: not documented by the vendor.
  3. The state of your tools on a given date. On any date since your first readout: what was active, what the vendor said about it, what you had decided. The means to answer a candidate, a lawyer or an inspection.
  4. What is coming. The updates announced by your HR vendors, with their effective date, before they apply.
  5. What your teams can use. Your charter, readable by everyone, and the answer to “can I use this tool for this resume?” shown next to the tool.

Social dialogue, when you decide

  • The features tied to your works council (CSE) stay off until you turn them on.
  • Once on, they show you which update touches which tool, and keep a record of what you presented to your works council, with the document.
  • Ojja comes with its own fact sheet for your works council: what we read, at what level, what we never read.

Your HR tools, read or documented

When the vendor opens read access, Ojja reads your settings. Otherwise, Ojja documents its features from its release notes and from what you declare, and each line says where it comes from.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja reads no application, no resume, no evaluation.
  • Ojja gives no figure per person.
  • Ojja does not say whether a tool discriminates, nor whether you are within the rules.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
