Decide: five verbs, and a register that keeps everything.

Each AI feature gets a decision, with its author, its date and its reason. Your administrator applies it; the next snapshot records it.

Five verbs

  • adopt: it is used, and decided.
  • regularize: it is used, without a decision.
  • reclaim: it is paid, and not used.
  • turn off: it has neither usage nor decision.
  • consolidate: it overlaps with another one.

The verb is proposed by the method and decided by the company, with an author, a date and a reason. Ojja executes nothing: the administrator applies the decision in the tool, and the next snapshot records that it is done.

The activation circuit

Nothing new arrives without going through a decision: an announced feature goes on hold in the register, you can defer it as long as the vendor allows, you decide, the portal announces it with its rule, and the next snapshot records that it is done.

This week's snapshot

Every week, a dated snapshot: what changed, what has been idle for a month, what overlaps.

The log keeps what changed over the period, the decisions made, the new versions of the rules.

The week's snapshot is dated and archived: one feature enabled, two decisions recorded. Left to decide: 10.

Who decides

The method proposes a verb; your company decides: the AI lead or the committee records the decision, your administrator applies it in the tool. Ojja never writes to your software.
