What you ask yourself

  • What has changed at my clients this week?
  • Which one should I call first?
  • How do I show my client what I did this month?

What Ojja gives you

  1. Each client's register, kept up to date. The tools are read every day or every week, depending on the tool; an alert on five events as soon as they are read; a dated snapshot every week to decide.
  2. Five alerts, as soon as the event is read. New AI application connected, usage billing turned on, vendor terms changed, new model behind a feature, new data access.
  3. The feed, filtered on your portfolio. Every week, what vendors announce, and which of your clients are concerned.
  4. The month's note. Ojja prepares the note. You review it and send it.
  5. The readout of your engagement. What you did at each client during the month, and what was reclaimed, recorded by the next readout.
  6. The deadlines. At the clients who have opened their bill to you, what renews within 90 days, with what sits idle.

On the Arvenne example and the portfolio

This week, the feed counts 40 announcements from Arvenne's vendors; one concerns it: “Meeting recaps enabled by default in Teams”. The feature enters its register, waiting for a decision. Arvenne's AI lead regularizes it and turns off the AI companion of the video conferencing tool: left to decide, from 12 to 10. At Bellerive, one decision is waiting and the month's note is ready; at Coralis, nothing is waiting and the note is sent.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja turns nothing on or off: it reads and it flags; your client's administrator applies.
  • Ojja measures neither your clients nor their employees: no figure per person.
  • Ojja promises no savings in your name.
