How do we add an AI tool that Ojja does not read?
In two lines #
A feature that reading does not find, declared by you: its line carries the provenance “declared”. You choose it from Ojja's catalog and enter the number of seats.
The steps #
- Open “The register”, then “Add an unread feature”.
- “Catalog feature”: choose the feature.
- “Seats”: enter the number of seats.
- Click “Declare”.
- The line enters the register with the provenance “declared”; your feed picks it up under “Declarations and requests”.
Declaring is reserved to the workspace owner, workspace administration and the AI lead; a reader does not declare. The list offers the features of Ojja's catalog.
On the Arvenne example #
On the Arvenne example, two lines are declared: Notion AI and the AI companion of the video conferencing tool.
What Ojja does not do #
The declaration is never the source of truth: what can be read is read.
