What do I see in the workspace after the first readout?
In two lines #
When the readout is delivered and no Watch snapshot exists yet, the workspace opens straight on your readout: the bill first, the three counts next, and a single main action with a sentence saying what it brings.
The steps #
- Open the workspace. At the top, a status line gives the readout date, the tool that was read and the steps done (consent given, permissions tested, readout done), with a link to “Connections and access”.
- Read the bill: the total in euros per year (list price), then what lies dormant, then what has no cap, then the use of each paid tool. The total says how many tools read it rests on; each figure says the date of the reading.
- Read the three counts, of equal weight: AI plugged in by your employees on your data, AI enabled by your vendors without a decision, and AI that trains its models on your data or sends it outside the European Union.
- Follow the main action: a single button for the next step of your workspace: “Activate Watch” while Watch is not subscribed, then “Invite your team” (to “Connections and access”) once Watch is subscribed, because one invited person and one named owner put Watch into service.
What changes compared with before #
There is no longer an intermediate “Your readout is ready” screen or a button to open the readout: the arrival page is the readout. The full readout page remains available at its address; the link in your email opens the workspace. While a step is still to be done (the administrator's consent, the permissions test, the reading), the steps screen is shown instead.
On the Arvenne example #
The Arvenne example is a demonstration on fictional data: it does not show this page, since it already has a snapshot.
What Ojja does not do #
No figure is recalculated when displayed: they are those of the readout, at list price, without any negotiated discount. Ojja does not decide for you: the main action takes you somewhere, it activates nothing by itself.
