How do we delete our Ojja workspace?

In two lines #

Write to contact@ojja.ai from the workspace owner's address. Ojja then deletes the readout and the data read within thirty days.

The steps #

1. First remove Ojja's access in Microsoft Entra (see Remove Ojja's access).
2. Before the deletion, if you wish, ask for your data to be returned. At any time, at the Client's request, Ojja deletes the data or returns it to the Client in a readable format, then deletes the existing copies, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
3. Write to contact@ojja.ai from the workspace owner's address, asking for the deletion.
4. Ojja deletes the readout and the data read within thirty days.

What remains afterwards: “Sealed report: only its fingerprint and its date are kept for five years.”

What Ojja does not do #
