How do I read the register?
In two lines #
The register opens on “All”: your AI features in one list, the most urgent first, with their number at the top and the ones left to decide. Above it, one card per layer: a figure, what it counts, and a link to the lines it counts.
The steps #
- Open “The register”. The list opens on “All”, with the “Features” and “Decision” layers checked, sorted “By status”; at the top, “Total of the list”.
- The cards of “The plan, layer by layer”: the name of the layer checks or unchecks it; the figure says one thing only, and the line below says what it counts (for example “features left to decide”); the link (“See the paid features”, “See what is left to decide”…) checks the layer and isolates the lines counted. A figure at zero has no link.
- “Counters of the checked layers”: the other counters of each checked layer, with what they count.
- “Views”: Finance, DPO, IT, People; “All” returns to the opening view.
- “Period”: “Since the last snapshot” keeps the lines added or changed since the previous snapshot, with the view, the filters and the grouping you have set; “All lines” returns to the whole list. The period appears from the second snapshot.
- “Parcels”: by vendor, by department, by usage, or “No grouping”.
- The columns of a checked layer appear only if a line of the list has a value, and return as soon as a line has one; the five columns of the base (feature, vendor, status, accounts, provenance) always stay.
- A line with no decision carries the chip “no decision”; “Open”, at the end of the line, leads to its fact sheet.
- “Your favorites” keeps your layers, filters, sort, grouping and period.
On the Arvenne example #
On the Arvenne example, the “Decision” card says how many features are left to decide, and “See what is left to decide” isolates them.
What Ojja does not do #
A line states its reason in words, “paid without usage”, “DPA not read”; the word “alert” is reserved for the five events of the day, in the “Since the snapshot” banner. No figure measures a person.
