How do we read our AI bill in the readout?
In two lines #
At the top of your readout, three figures: what your AI costs you per year, what lies dormant, and what has no cap. The amounts are at public list price, read in your tools, plus what you have declared.
The steps #
- Open “Documents”, then “Your readout”.
- “Your AI bill”: “Your AI costs you” gives the yearly total. The line below separates what is read in your tools from what is declared.
- The AI included in your suite is not part of this total.
- “What lies dormant”: paid seats with no usage over 28 days (see What lies dormant).
- “No cap”: features billed on usage, with no known cap.
- Click a line of the bill: its list opens, plan by plan or feature by feature.
- “Your paid tools and their usage”: for each tool, paid for, used over 28 days, usage rate, cost per year, provenance (“read” or “declared”). “included in your suite” marks the included AI.
- “price not published”: Ojja's catalog does not yet have the price of this plan.
Our rule: we never split a price the vendor does not split. The AI included in your licenses shows as “included”, with its usage; a price increase on your suite remains a price increase on your suite.
This total is not everything you pay: it is what is read in your tools, at list price, plus what you have declared.
On the Arvenne example #
On the Arvenne example, two lines are paid: Notion AI and the Purchasing agent, built in Copilot Studio.
What Ojja does not do #
Ojja does not buy, cancel or negotiate anything on your behalf: it gives you the facts, you decide.
