How do we remove Ojja's access to our tools?
In two lines #
To remove Ojja's access, delete the Ojja Reader enterprise application in Microsoft Entra (Enterprise applications). Ojja removes nothing in your tenant: at the next test, it notes that the access is gone and stops its reading.
The steps #
- In the Microsoft Entra admin center, open “Enterprise applications”.
- Search for “Ojja Reader” and delete the application.
- In your workspace, “Connections and access” then shows: “access removed, noted on …; reading has stopped”.
- To give consent again later: the “Ask my admin” block prepares a new consent link (see Get the reading of your tools authorized).
What happens next:
- After a free readout: Once the readout is delivered, we read nothing more; we remind you on day 14 to remove access, and the raw extraction is purged on day 30.
- With Ojja Watch: reading stops too; nothing new is read in your tools.
- The raw data already read is deleted no later than 30 days after it was read.
On the Arvenne example #
The Arvenne example is a demonstration on fictional data: no real access is given there, there is nothing to remove.
What Ojja does not do #
Ojja has no administration role in your tenant: the removal is done at Microsoft, by your administrator.
The method #
We never touch it; retention: /en/trust.
