How do we check that Ojja's access works?

In two lines #

In “Connections and access”, the “Test the permissions” button checks each permission and records the result. Each permission shows as “granted”, “denied”, “blocked by conditional access” or “in error”.

The steps #

  1. Open “Connections and access”.
  2. In the “Connected” block, under Microsoft 365, read “State”, “Last permissions test” and “Last snapshot”.
  3. Click “Test the permissions”. This button is reserved for the workspace owner and administration.
  4. Read “Result of the last test, by permission”.
  5. A permission “blocked by conditional access”: show the result to your administrator; the same block shows “Ojja's outbound IP address”.
  6. The mention “data not available on your plan” says that a read does not exist in your Microsoft plan (for example the sign-in logs); the readout shows it in place of the figure.

On the Arvenne example #

On the Arvenne example, a reading of October 6, 2026 follows the readout of the 5th, and the next snapshot is dated the 12th.

What Ojja does not do #

Ojja removes nothing in your tenant: at the next test, it notes that the access is gone and stops its reading.

The method #

We never touch it.
