What is the “Social dialogue” setting for?

In two lines #

The “Social dialogue” setting turns on or off, in your workspace, the features tied to your works council (CSE). They stay off until you turn them on.

The steps #

  1. Open the “People” view of the register: the state of the setting appears there, and “Change this setting” opens the “Space settings” page.
  2. Click “Turn on” or “Turn off”. Every role reads the state; only the workspace owner and the administrator change it.
  3. Each change is logged, with its role and its date. Ojja keeps no address in it.
  4. Turned on, it shows in the “People” view and in your feed the French Labor Code frameworks specific to the works council. Turned off, those frameworks are not shown; the catalog facts do not change, and the sheet of a feature keeps its attached frameworks.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.

What Ojja does not do #

Ojja does not say whether a feature should be presented to your works council: it is a point to review with your counsel.

The method #

Exposure.
