What do the three counts of the readout mean?

In two lines #

The readout counts three things read in your tools, each opening onto its lines. Facts only: no rating, no conclusion about your situation.

The three counts

  1. AI connected by your employees to your data: the applications an employee has authorized, with the data they reach.
  2. AI enabled by your vendors without a decision: the features put into service by a vendor update, with no decision recorded by the company.
  3. AI that trains its models on your data or sends data outside the EU: according to the catalog, edition by edition; “not yet verified” when the fact is not verified yet.

The steps #

  1. Open “Documents”, then “Your readout”.
  2. Click a count: its list opens, one line per tool or feature (vendor, edition, origin, data reached, date of activation or consent, usage). “not read” marks a field that no reading carries.
  3. Under the counts, “authorized applications to qualify”: Ojja's catalog does not know them yet; they are counted in none of the three counts until they are qualified.
  4. “Your data at vendors, by edition”: for each edition, what the catalog records from the vendor's documentation on training and on sending data outside the EU.

On the Arvenne example #

On the Arvenne example, the readout of October 5, 2026 counts 7 AI connected by employees, 1 AI enabled by a vendor without a decision and 2 AI that train their models on its data or send data outside the EU.

What Ojja does not do #

Ojja reads without changing anything and keeps no employee name: only numbers.

The method #
