What does the link to a partner mean?
In two lines #
A workspace opened from a partner's readout link is linked to that partner. The “Your partner” page says which one, since when, and that this link gives no access to your workspace: only the people you invite can see it.
The steps #
- The owner, the administrator and the AI lead of the workspace open the “Your partner” page.
- The page gives the partner and the date, with the way the link was made: “This space was opened from the readout link of …” or “This space has been linked to … at your request.”
- To give a partner access, invite them like anyone else, from “Connections and access” (see the article on inviting readers). They are a reader there, and you can remove them at any time.
What stays true #
A workspace opened directly is not linked afterwards. Inviting another partner into your workspace does not change the link: it moves to another partner only if you ask for it yourself, on the date of your request. Ojja never suggests it, and the page has no button for it.
Who sees the page #
Readers do not see it. It does not exist either in the demonstration workspace, or for a workspace with no current link.
On the Arvenne example #
The Arvenne example is a demonstration on fictional data: it has no partner.
What Ojja does not do #
The link gives no access to your workspace and sends nothing to your partner: no tool name, no figure. An invited partner reads what the reader role shows, nothing more.
