Customer relations agency or integrator: what talks to your clients' customers, on facts.
You set up and configure assistants, voice agents and call analysis tools at your clients. Ojja shows them what is on, the AI disclosure of each assistant and what they are billed; you bring the expertise.

An agency's or integrator's questions
- What we set up at a client: what is still on, and on which model?
- Do our clients' customers know they are talking to an AI?
- A client discovers their bill per resolved conversation: how do we show it to them beforehand?
- How do we follow all our clients without opening every console?
What Ojja gives you
- What is on, client by client. Each client's assistants, voice agents, call analysis and generated content, whatever the vendor, in their “Customers and public” view.
- The AI disclosure of each assistant. Provided or not by the vendor, on by default or not, can be turned off or not; its state at your client, read or declared. “Not documented” as long as the vendor says nothing.
- What they are billed. Each feature's billing mode: included in the license, usage-based, in credits, or per outcome, per resolved conversation, with the cap when the vendor offers one.
- Emotion inference. For call analysis: what the vendor documents, whose and from what; “not documented” otherwise.
- The assistants you build. An assistant you build for a client on an AI vendor's API has its line in their register, like the others. Who is its provider within the meaning of the European regulation on artificial intelligence: a point to review with your client's counsel, and with yours.
- All your clients on one screen. One line per client, with what is left to decide.
If you resell licenses
- If you resell licenses, they see that too.
- What you receive from Ojja is visible to your client.
- Reclaiming or turning off a license you sell them: the decision remains theirs.
No need to be a lawyer
You do not have to be a lawyer: Ojja gives you the facts and the points to review; on a point of law, you invite your client's counsel.
Fictional example
You set up at Bellerive, 180 accounts, an assistant on its website and a voice agent for its switchboard. Its “Customers and public” view shows both. For the assistant, according to the vendor: AI disclosure provided and on by default, billing per outcome, per resolved conversation, with no documented cap. For the voice agent, the AI disclosure is not documented by the vendor. Bellerive reviews this point with its counsel and decides; you apply with its approval.
What Ojja never does
- Ojja never writes in your clients' tools: it does not turn on, turn off or set anything.
- Ojja reads no conversation, no message, no ticket, no recording, no transcript, no campaign and no published content.
- Ojja gives no figure per agent.
- Ojja does not do your job: no consulting, no integration, no training.
Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
