IT procurement consultant: the AI added to your clients' software, before they renew.
You support your clients in buying and renewing their software. Ojja's free readout opens the conversation on facts; before each renewal, “Since you signed” shows what changed on the AI side. You bring the expertise.
An IT procurement consultant's questions
- How do I open the conversation with a finance or IT department, with something other than a brochure?
- What has the vendor added on the AI side since my client signed?
- Have the AI terms it publishes changed, and on what?
- How do I prepare each renewal without rereading every vendor's terms?
What Ojja gives you
- The free readout, to open the conversation. Ten minutes of your client's administrator's time, read-only: three counts, and an assessment in your name. A first meeting with their finance or IT department, on facts.
- “Since you signed”, before each renewal. With Ojja Watch, ninety days before one of your client's renewals: everything that changed on the AI side since the date of their contract, features added or turned on by default, terms, model, price, usage billing.
- The published terms, edition by edition. AI terms accepted with one click, prompts counted or not as customer data, turning off and training, notice of a model change, intellectual property indemnity on outputs: what the vendor publishes, with the document. Your client's negotiated contract may differ.
- Declared or committed by contract. For each fact, what the vendor announces on its page, and what it writes in its DPA, an AI addendum or its terms.
- Before a purchase, the fact sheet of the candidate software, in the same format as the others, and the equivalent your client already pays for.
- All your clients on one screen. One line per client, with what is left to decide.
Your advice, your name
- The assessment and the month's note carry your name.
- What you recommend remains your recommendation: Ojja promises no savings in your name.
- What you receive from Ojja is visible to your client.
- You do not have to be a lawyer: Ojja gives you the facts and the points to review; on a point of law, you invite your client's counsel.
Fictional example
You advise Coralis, 240 accounts, on its IT purchasing. One of its software products renews in ninety days. “Since you signed” shows that an assistant was added and turned on by default, and that the AI terms published by the vendor are accepted with one click, in the product, by an administrator. You prepare the renewal meeting with these facts and their documents; Coralis's negotiated contract may differ. Coralis decides.
What Ojja never does
- Ojja does not read your clients' contracts: it records the terms the vendor publishes.
- Ojja expresses no view on the scope or the validity of a clause.
- Ojja does not buy, cancel or negotiate anything on your clients' behalf.
- Ojja promises no percentage of savings.
- Ojja does not do your job: no consulting, no integration, no training.
Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
