Where do we see the AI features that touch our candidates and our employees?
In two lines #
In the “People” view of the register: every AI feature that touches your candidates and your employees, whatever the vendor, dated features first, the most recent on top. Each line carries the frameworks that the public catalog links to the feature.
The steps #
- Open “The register”, then, under “Views”, “People”. The “Scope: People” filter comes off with one click.
- A line enters the view when the feature touches employee or candidate data, filters or screens out people, is tagged as algorithmic management, or belongs to an HR function type in the catalog.
- The columns: the edition, what the feature does, whether it is on by default, its effective date, its activation date, the attached frameworks and the decision.
- Where the vendor is silent, the line says so: “not documented by the vendor”. A fact that reading has not yet recorded reads “not read as of today”.
- The French Labor Code frameworks specific to the works council appear in this view only if the “Social dialogue” setting is on (see “The Social dialogue setting”). The state of the setting is recalled at the top of the view; only the workspace owner and the administrator have the link to change it.

What Ojja does not do #
Ojja does not read any application, CV or evaluation. Ojja gives no figure per person. Ojja does not say whether a tool discriminates, nor whether you are within the rules.
