What your clients ask you

  • What AI do we actually have?
  • Where does our data go?
  • What changed this month?
  • What are my employees allowed to use?
  • How much does AI cost us, and what sits idle?
  • What more can we do with what we already pay for?

What not knowing costs your clients

Your reasons to call.

  • Seats that sit idle, paid a year longer. 36% of software licenses go unused on average (Zylo, SaaS Management Index 2026); at Microsoft, a seat can only be reduced within the seven days after the renewal. Each due date of your client is a dated reason to call.
  • A suite increase at their renewal. Microsoft raises the price of Microsoft 365 on July 1, 2026, for each client, at their first renewal after that date. You announce it before it arrives.
  • Employees who choose alone. In France, 53% of employees admit to using AI at work against their company's rules (KPMG, April 30, 2025). The charter, the employee workspace, the training: your engagement.
  • A rollout suspended. On May 21, 2026, the Paris Court of Appeal upheld the suspension of AI tools rolled out without consulting the works council (CSE); how this decision applies to your client is for their counsel to determine.

You call with a fact and its date; the free readout puts a figure on it at your client.

How it works

  1. A readout you present.

Their administrator authorizes read access. You present the assessment with your reading, on your debrief outline, in your name.

  2. What their tools can already do, coming.

The levers their own facts trigger: unlock, connect, take what is included, consolidate, adjust, secure to deploy, build an agent, turn off.

  3. Your engagement.

Each lever your client retains is an engagement you offer them, pre-filled with facts. They decide.

  4. What it changed, measured, coming.

Usage or euros before and after, at the next snapshot.

What you receive

  • A fictional company to practice on and run your demos.See the fictional client: Arvenne
  • An online onboarding.
  • An engagement letter, a template offer and answers to objections.
  • Every Monday, what changed at your clients.

Your access is free.

Build your clients' AI plan.

Ojja gives you the facts: what they pay, what sits idle, what is already included in their licenses. You propose, they decide, Ojja tracks what is actually used.

Your clients' levers

What you gain from it

  • A first meeting that costs you nothing: the free readout, and a figure in euros to show the executive team.
  • A new client's inventory in ten minutes, not in days of interviews.
  • Every Monday, what changes at each of your clients: a dated reason to call them.
  • Each lever is an engagement in your name, and the measure shows what it changed (coming).

Two ways to work

Your client subscribes.

They pay for Ojja Watch or Ojja Watch Committee at the public price. You bill your support separately and you receive 20% of their subscription for 36 months, for each quarter in which you actively follow them; the first quarter is always paid. They are informed of it.

You include Ojja in your offer.

You buy Ojja Watch at the public price minus 25%, client by client: €1.50 excl. VAT per account per month, with a minimum of €150 excl. VAT per client per month. From ten actively followed clients, the discount rises to 30%. You resell at the price you set. Nothing before your first client.

Example on the public price list: a client with 300 accounts pays €7,200 excl. VAT per year for Ojja Watch; you receive €1,440 per year, or €4,320 over 36 months. Or: you buy Ojja Watch for them at €5,400 excl. VAT per year, and your price remains yours.

Ojja promises you no income.

Active follow-up. A client is actively followed in a quarter if they have given you access to their space and if, in that quarter, they have recorded at least one decision in Ojja or you have sent them at least one monthly note. Ojja records this in your client's space: it is never an assessment.

In both cases, your client grants access themselves, remains the owner of their readout and can continue directly if they wish.
