All your clients on one screen.

From today: a single account to move from one client to another, in the workspace of each client who invited you as a reader. Coming: one line per client, what is left to decide, what was turned on with no decision since your last visit, their levers, the next deadline, the state of the month's note. Your client chooses what you see.

What you ask yourself

  • Which of my clients should I call first this week?
  • What has changed at their companies since my last visit?
  • Which month notes do I still have to send?
  • Which deadlines are coming up at my clients within 90 days?
  • What has my client opened to me, and until when?

What you find there

  1. One account, several clients. Each client who invites you as a reader is added to your account; you move from one to the other without changing accounts.
  2. The portfolio, coming. At the top, three counts: clients followed, decisions pending at your clients, deadlines within 30 days. Then one line per client who has opened access to you: date of the last readout, left to decide, turned on with no decision since your last visit, levers (their number and the euros at stake, within what they open to you), next deadline, state of the month's note (to prepare, ready, sent).
  3. Today, coming. Your work queue: the alerts, the notice periods coming up, the decisions that are waiting, and a vendor change that touches several of your clients.
  4. The month's note, coming. Ojja prepares the note. You review it and send it.
  5. Propose a decision, coming. On a line, you write your proposal, in your name. Your client's decision-maker accepts it, edits it or declines it in one click.
  6. The brief before a meeting, coming. One page per client, on demand, that opens on three levers: then what has changed since your last visit, the decisions and proposals pending, the deadlines within 90 days.
  7. What your engagement changed, coming. Each month, at this client: the levers retained, those that are applied, usage or euros before and after, recorded by the next snapshot; your proposals made and accepted, the requests handled.
  8. The portfolio deadlines, coming. At the clients who have opened their bill to you, the renewals sorted by date, with what sits idle. For each one, a renewal sheet in your name.
  9. The next step for each client, coming. A column of the portfolio: where Ojja stands at each one (readout, Ojja Watch, going live, first decisions, employee workspace and charter, AI plan, first committee, Ojja Actions, first anniversary), each step dated, and the engagement you can offer them for the next one.
  10. The portfolio readout, coming. You run the free readout at all your clients at once; each authorizes it on their side, and your portfolio sorts itself by what there is to do.
  11. The weekly recap, coming. An email when a client stalls: no decision for 30 days, an employee workspace open with no request for three weeks, features turned on with no decision for more than 60 days. Counts and a link to your workspace, never a tool name or a figure in the clear.
  12. Onboarding messages, in your name, coming. At a client you follow, the messages of their first weeks go out in your name, “First Last (via Ojja)”, with your agreement: the replies reach you, you receive a copy of each send, and you can switch a message off or add a sentence of your own, never written by the AI.
  13. Your line in their feed, coming. Every Monday, a line of comment in your name in your client’s feed, written by you, never by the AI.

What your client opens to you

  • They invite you as a reader of their workspace, and remove you whenever they want. Coming: access layer by layer, the register always, then, if they choose, usage, the bill and the renewals, the decisions, the data; twelve months at most, which they renew or remove in one click.
  • Coming: they see what you consulted, and when.
  • What you receive from Ojja is visible to them.
  • Each client is read separately: nothing passes from one client to another.
  • You write in Ojja only what they grant you: your decision proposals and your line in their feed (coming). You see their steps, dated; their content stays in their decisions, if they open them to you.

On the sample portfolio

Three clients. Arvenne, 412 accounts: 10 decisions pending, the month's note to prepare. Bellerive, 180 accounts: one decision pending, the note ready. Coralis, 240 accounts: nothing pending, the note sent. You start with Arvenne.

What Ojja never does

  • You never see your clients' content or business data, nor anything per person.
  • Ojja's reading application never writes in your clients' tools, and you do not set what it reads.
  • Only your client records a decision.
  • Ojja keeps neither your billing, nor your time tracking, nor your sales relationship.
  • Never a progress percentage: dated steps, and at most their count, “4 steps out of 9”.
  • Ojja never tells you who logged in at your client: only what the company did.
