- Follow all your clients every week
Follow all your clients, every week.
What changes at each one, dated and sourced; what is left to decide; the month's note ready to review (coming). You keep the relationship, Ojja keeps the readout up to date.
What you ask yourself
- What has changed at my clients this week?
- Which one should I call first?
- How do I show my client what I did this month?
What Ojja gives you
- Each client's register, kept up to date. The tools are read every day or every week, depending on the tool; an alert on five events as soon as they are read; a dated snapshot every week to decide.
- Five alerts, as soon as the event is read. New AI application connected, usage billing turned on, vendor terms or features changed, new model behind a feature, new data access.
- The feed, filtered on your portfolio, coming. Every week, what vendors announce, and which of your clients are concerned.
- The month's note, coming. Ojja prepares the note. You review it and send it.
- What your engagement changed, coming. What you did at each client during the month, and what was reclaimed, recorded by the next readout.
- The deadlines. At the clients who have opened their bill to you, what renews within 90 days, with what sits idle.
What you get out of it
- A dated reason to call. An alert, a vendor announcement that affects a client, a deadline coming up: you call with a dated fact and its source.
- Your engagements, at the right time. A charter to write when a tool arrives, a training session when a tool stays little used, a file when a third party questions your client.
Ojja promises you no income.
On the Arvenne example and the portfolio
This week, the feed counts 40 announcements from Arvenne's vendors; one concerns it: “Meeting recaps enabled by default in Teams”. The feature enters its register, waiting for a decision. Arvenne's AI lead regularizes it and turns off the AI companion of the video conferencing tool: left to decide, from 12 to 10. At Bellerive, one decision is waiting and the month's note is ready; at Coralis, nothing is waiting and the note is sent.

What Ojja never does
- Ojja reads and flags; nothing is turned on or off without your client's approval: its administrator applies, or Ojja Actions (coming), if your client has turned it on.
- Ojja measures neither your clients nor their employees: no figure per person.
- Ojja promises no savings in your name.
