The partner's kit.

What you need to sell and run your first engagement: an engagement letter, a template offer, answers to objections.

Become a partnerStart as a partner

What it contains

  • A template engagement letter, in your name, that you adapt to each client.
  • A template offer: your support, with Ojja alongside or inside your offer.
  • The answers to objections, the most frequent ones, with their sources.
  • The outline of a twenty-minute presentation: how to present the three counts of the readout.
  • The bill pitch: how to talk about what AI costs, and what is not said.
  • An “Your AI plan” page: the questions to ask, department by department, and the place of training.
  • The first 90 days at a client: day 0, the presentation of the readout; the first week, the first five decisions; day 30, the first month's note and the first lever; days 30 to 45, the employee workspace and the charter; day 60, the AI plan workshop; day 90, the first committee. Each milestone is a service of yours.

The first 90 days at a client

A recorded fact suggests the step, a person opens it. You do not sell “a follow-up”: you sell, milestone after milestone, what your client’s tools can already do, then you show what it changed, measured by Ojja. Each milestone is a service of yours, invoiced by you; Ojja takes no commission on an engagement.

  1. Day 0: presenting the readout, in twenty minutes. When the free readout is handed over. You present, in your name, the AI bill (what is paid, what sits idle, what has no cap) and the three counts; Ojja’s readout carries neither your name nor your code, your debrief outline does. You ask your client’s AI lead to invite you as a reader. Ojja gives you the readout, and the debrief outline (coming). What is measured: Ojja Watch subscribed or not.
  2. Week 1: going live and the first five decisions. When Ojja Watch is subscribed. You help the AI lead invite readers by role (finance, IT, DPO) and choose who receives the alerts; they are the one who invites. Then you support five decisions, starting with the money: seats that sit idle, what has neither usage nor request, what the suite already does. Ojja gives you the seats with no usage and the duplicates in the register, and the sheet of each lever (coming). What is measured: the decisions recorded; at the deadline, the euros not renewed.
  3. Day 30: the first month’s note and the first lever. At the end of the first month. You send the month’s note, with what is already possible, and you offer a first engagement: unlock a paid feature that goes unused, or connect two tools already paid for. Ojja gives you the pre-filled note (coming), the “Connect X to Y” page of the pair concerned, and the usage before the lever. What is measured: usage before, fixed at the snapshot of the day.
  4. Days 30 to 45: the employee workspace and the charter. When the first decisions are made. You help the AI lead open the employee workspace (they open it, in the settings) and write the charter; you write the launch message. Ojja gives you the launch message, the charter template and the rule shown next to each tool in the employee workspace (coming). What is measured: the requests and declarations received, never per person.
  5. Day 60: the AI plan workshop for a department. When requests arrive in the employee workspace. You run the workshop in this order: what the teams ask for, what their tools can already do, only then what would need to be bought. Ojja gives you the workshop outline, and the “already possible” column of the AI plan (coming). What is measured: an AI plan written for at least one department.
  6. Day 90: the first committee. At the end of the first quarter. You present what your engagement changed: the levers retained, those that are applied, usage before and after, the tools that went from “worth its price if usage follows” to “worth its price”; then the next series. Ojja gives you the committee kit and “What your engagement changed” (coming). What is measured: the quarter’s active follow-up, which conditions your commission in offer 1.

Then

  • Build an agent when requests repeat on the same need: the agent sheet comes back to you, you build it (coming).
  • Ojja Actions carries out adjust and turn off, after a person at your client’s company has approved (coming).
  • The first anniversary and the guarantee: what Watch showed in recoverable euros, measured.

What you never say

  • A saving promised or quantified in advance.
  • That a feature is turned on at a prospect before their readout.
  • A conclusion on your client's legal situation: the points to review go to their counsel.

Three objections, three answers

  • “My client will not give access.” Read-only, published permissions, data processed and hosted in France, results by application and never by person. They withdraw access whenever they want.
  • “My client is on Google Workspace.” The readout reads Microsoft 365 today. The rest is declared, and each line says so.
  • “Will Ojja replace me with my client?” Your clients remain your clients. We never offer them to change partners, and we never sell them an outsourced AI lead service.

When you receive it

The kit opens with your first readout in a real company.

What the kit never says

  • The kit promises neither savings in Ojja’s name, nor income.
  • The kit never presents Ojja as the one who recommends: the recommendation is yours.
