Your clients' employee workspace, the input for their AI plan.

Coming soon. What your clients' employees request, declare and expect from AI, department by department, arrives in your workspace. You turn it into their AI plan.

Your clients’ questions

  • Our teams request AI tools. Who answers, and how fast?
  • Which tools do our employees already use without our knowing?
  • What does each department really need?

What Ojja gives you

  1. The request queue of all your clients. In your workspace, client by client, each tool request with its age, and the answer when it already exists: available, equivalent already paid for, or not retained with its reason.
  2. What employees declare. The tools they say they use, counted by tool and by department, next to what is read in your client's tools.
  3. Needs, department by department. What each department expects from AI, with the requests that show it: the input for your client's AI plan.
  4. The decision stays with your client. You prepare the sheet; their manager decides; the decision goes into the register, the employee is notified, and the answer holds for the next requests.

What you get out of it

  • The AI plan, fed every week. Between two interviews, requests and needs keep arriving.
  • A dated reason to call. A request that is waiting, a department asking several times for the same tool: you know what to propose, and when.
  • The charter and training. Requests show what teams want to do: the input for your charter and your sessions.

Ojja promises you no income.

What Ojja never does

  • Ojja decides no request: your client decides.
  • Ojja gives no figure per person.
  • Ojja reads no conversation, message or document in your clients' tools.
