- Your clients' levers
Each of your clients' levers is an engagement.
Coming. Ojja shows each of your clients what their tools can already do: levers based on their own facts. For you, each lever they retain is an engagement pre-filled with facts, and usage or euros before and after show what it changed.
What you ask yourself
- What should I offer this client after the readout?
- What more can be done with what they already pay for?
- How do I show what my engagement changed?
The eight levers, as you see them
- Unlock. A paid feature, little used, for which a prerequisite is missing at your client. Your engagement: put the prerequisite in place, then show usage before and after.
- Connect. Two tools they already pay for, an integration offered by the vendor that is not turned on, a request that matches it. Your engagement: connect them, then show the usage of the two features.
- Take what is included. A tool paid for separately while its suite includes the equivalent. Your engagement: prepare the switch, then show the euros not renewed.
- Consolidate. Two features that do the same thing. Your engagement: prepare the decision; they choose the one they keep; then show the euros, and the usage of the one they keep.
- Adjust. Seats with no usage on one side, requests waiting on the other. Your engagement: reassign, then show the seats reassigned.
- Secure to deploy. A use held back by their charter while the protected version is already included in their licenses. Your engagement: open it with their rules, train the teams concerned, then show usage after opening.
- Build an agent. Requests that keep coming back on the same need, tools that connect: Ojja hands over the sheet of a possible agent. Your engagement: build it, then show its usage. Ojja never builds.
- Turn off. A cost with no usage, and no request. Your engagement: stop it, then show the euros.
Your clients’ processes, coming. A process chains levers from one step to the next: supplier invoices, customer reminders, customer requests, tenders, a new employee’s arrival. Each process is a mission pre-filled with facts.

- Cyber, GRC and outsourced CISO consultants: turn off, secure to deploy.
- IT services firms and AI integrators: connect, build an agent, unlock.
- Managed service providers: unlock, adjust seats, turn off.
- Outsourced DPOs: review the effect of each lever on the data.
- HR consultants: secure to deploy, train the teams concerned.
- AI Data Diag experts: open the diagnostic on what the client’s tools can already do, before new use cases.
- Customer-relations agencies and integrators: connect two tools already paid for, build an agent.
The measure, before and after
Usage before is fixed at the snapshot of the day your client retains the lever; usage after, at the snapshot that follows its application.
For a paid feature, the threshold of the public method: it is enough for n more people to use it one hour a month for it to be worth its price.
Never a promised saving: a count before, a count after.
The rules
- Your client decides: a fact proposes, a person at their company retains.
- The lever goes to the partner your client has attached. Ojja never proposes a provider to your client and takes no commission on an engagement.
- Each engagement is yours, invoiced by you.
