Ojja Watch Committee: AI governance made formal, and its evidence for third parties.
All of Ojja Watch, plus what an AI committee needs to decide on facts, for every line to have an owner, and for a client, an insurer or a buyer to receive dated facts.
When Ojja Watch is not enough
Ojja Watch gives you the bill and the clarity: the register, decisions, your feed and alerts, worth its price, the employee portal. It already prepares your committee: agenda, minutes, linked decisions. Committee comes in when AI has a charter, named owners, and third parties asking questions: a client sending its AI questionnaire, an insurer, a buyer, an inspection.
Organize
- Your AI committee, equipped. The agenda is the “To handle” page; each decision enters the record, with its author and its date; the minutes feed the COMEX page.
- The charter. Written by you, with your counsel, and versioned. Each rule is linked to the tools it targets and shows in the portal, next to the tool. A counter says what has no rule.
- One owner per line. Each AI feature has its owner, named by you. A counter says what has none.
- The life cycle. Each feature follows its stages, from the request or activation to withdrawal, each dated.
- Incidents. A problem is reported from the tool's sheet; it attaches to its line, with its date and what was done.
- Who is concerned. For each feature, the people concerned, with the topics the catalog links to it, and the measures taken to support them: a training, a guide, a session, your charter. You declare each measure, with its dated document. The framework the catalog links to the features concerned: Article 4 of the European regulation on artificial intelligence, on AI literacy, with the points to review with your counsel.
The COMEX page, every quarter
A page for management, every quarter: what runs, what it costs, what was decided, what is coming. With the “AI plan” part: the roadmap, department by department. Management reads a page, not a screen.
Evidence for third parties
A client, an insurer, a buyer or an inspection ask you what AI does in your company. Committee includes two files for third parties and a signed Constat every year. Each file starts from the facts of the register, dated and sourced; the Constat records and dates facts, signed.
What Ojja never does
- Ojja does not write your charter and does not run your committee: they stay yours.
- Ojja trains no one and measures no one's level. It says who is concerned; you declare the measures taken.
- Ojja never concludes: no risk level, no role, no assessment of whether a text is respected.
Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
