Microsoft states, in its documentation updated on September 18, 2026, that Anthropic models are disabled by default for customers within the EU Data Boundary and in the UK, and that in Copilot they are “currently excluded from the EU Data Boundary”. Outside the EU, EFTA and the UK, they are on by default for most commercial cloud customers. The setting: Microsoft 365 admin center, Copilot, Settings, View all, “AI providers operating as Microsoft subprocessors”.

From December 3, 2026 for most meters, Atlassian bills by usage whatever exceeds the allowance included in its cloud plans: Rovo credits (Chat and Agents), automation steps and AI agent resolutions. Extra usage is on by default for most organizations. Administrators can set a limit per meter or turn it off in Atlassian Administration, and are alerted at 80% and 100% of the allowance.
