What happens after the free readout, and how do we move to Watch?
In two lines #
The readout is a dated photo of your tools, delivered once. Ojja Watch keeps it up to date: your tools are read every day or every week, depending on the tool, an alert arrives as soon as a tracked event is read, and a dated snapshot each week helps you decide.
The steps #
- Open "Documents", then "Your readout". Under the three counts, the block "Next: Ojja Watch" says what Watch adds, with the link "Discover Ojja Watch".
- While read access to your tools is active, one line says so: "Read access to your tools is still active until …". The date is calculated (delivery of the readout plus fourteen days), never typed in. Activating Watch before that date keeps the reading going, without asking your administrator for anything again. The line disappears when the date has passed or the access is removed.
- The Watch proposal is on the last page of the readout: its price in euros excluding tax per year for your accounts, and what the readout found that lies dormant. If it found nothing dormant, the page says so.
- "Subscribe to Ojja Watch" opens the payment. Tick the Ojja Watch terms and choose annual or monthly: payment is made with Stripe, Ojja sees neither card nor IBAN. On return, the page says "Payment received: Watch is now active on your space", or that the payment is awaiting confirmation.
- To read the readout with someone: "Read your readout with us (20 min)" books the 20-minute reading with Ojja. When the date of your Microsoft renewal has been read, the block adds "Your Microsoft renewal is on …".
- Once Watch is active, the pages of the register, the feed, "Coming up" and "To handle" update themselves. Before that, they show a preview (see The Watch pages before you subscribe).
What Ojja does not do #
Ojja reads nothing beyond what you have authorized and activates Watch only at your request. The readout stays readable after you subscribe, as before.
