How do we sign in to our Ojja workspace?
In two lines #
You enter your workspace with your Microsoft or Google account, with a link sent by email, or with a passkey. There is no password.
The steps #
- Open your workspace's sign-in page.
- Choose “Continue with Microsoft” or “Continue with Google”: a button only appears if that way in is open.
- Without a Microsoft or Google account, enter your address, then “Receive the link”. The link is valid for fifteen minutes and works once. If the address matches an account, the link is sent; the page answers the same way in every case.
- If you already have a passkey, “Log in with a passkey” opens your workspace in one gesture.
- After a first successful sign-in, the page offers “Log in faster next time”: “Create a passkey” (fingerprint, face or the device's code), or “Later”. Ojja only keeps the public part of the key.
- Your keys are managed under “Manage your passkeys” (“Your passkeys”): “Add a passkey”, “Remove” for the one on a device you no longer use.
Good to know:
- The session lasts thirty days and is extended on each day of use. Signing out ends it.
- You must have been invited: “This login opened no space” means the address has no invitation. Log in with the address of your invitation, or get a link by email.
- In the demo, the passkey is not offered.
On the Arvenne example #
On the Arvenne example, the demo opens without a real account: no sign-in is asked for.
What Ojja does not do #
Signing in gives Ojja only your identity: your name and your address. It authorizes no reading of your tools: reading goes through another authorization, given by your administrator (see Give consent, for the tenant administrator). Ojja never asks for a password.
