The AI connected to your clients' data, read without touching it.
The AI applications your clients' employees have authorized, the agents with no owner, what each vendor documents about its logs: Ojja reads it read-only, client by client. Security starts with the inventory.
What you ask yourself
- Which AI applications have my clients' employees connected to their data?
- Which agents no longer have an owner?
- What does each vendor keep in its logs, and for how long?
- A customer of my client sends me their security questionnaire: what do I say about AI?
The processes you carry at your clients
- The inventory of the AI connected to each client’s data.
- The logs of AI tools.
- The security questionnaires of your clients’ customers.
What Ojja takes off your plate
- The inventory done by hand, console by console. Ojja estimate: 2 to 3 days per inventory, for 3 to 5 administration consoles.
Each “Ojja estimate” is a starting order of magnitude, set by Ojja with its assumption when it has one: neither a measurement nor a promise. The measurements of our first customers will replace it.
Your levers, therefore your engagements
- Your engagements, pre-filled, coming. Turn off what has neither usage nor request, secure to deploy: each of your client’s levers arrives with its facts, and the measure before and after proves what your engagement changed.
Your dated reason to call
- The “new AI application connected” alert at a client.
What Ojja gives you
- The applications authorized by employees. Their number from the free readout, then an alert on each new AI application connected.
- Agents with no owner. Those that no longer have one, and those that sit idle.
- The Connections page. Tool by tool, what is read, and the rule on data.
- Logs, depending on the vendor. What each vendor documents about its logs: what it keeps, for how long, what can be exported; “not documented” otherwise.
- All your clients, each on its own. Nothing passes from one client to another.
What Ojja never does
- Ojja blocks nothing and protects against no attack: it records what is connected, and your client decides with you.
- Ojja reads registers and configurations, never your clients' content.
Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
