Fractional or interim CFO: your clients' AI, from the bill to the accounting workflow.

You run the finances of several companies, or of one for the length of an assignment. Ojja gives you what AI costs them, what sits idle, and what it does in their accounting workflow: facts for the managing director, and for the statutory auditor.

Become a partnerThe finance and procurement page, for companies

What you ask yourself

  • How much does AI cost each of my clients, across all vendors?
  • How do I show it to a managing director in one meeting, without waiting for their administrator?
  • Which seats to reclaim, and before what date?
  • The statutory auditor asks what AI does in the accounting workflow: what do I show them?

The processes you carry at your clients

  • The total of the AI paid for.
  • The seats that sit idle.
  • The renewals.
  • The 2027 budget.
  • Approving purchases.

What Ojja takes off your plate

  • Rebuilding an AI bill scattered across licenses, cards and expense reports. Ojja estimate: 1 to 2 days per client.

Each “Ojja estimate” is a starting order of magnitude, set by Ojja with its assumption when it has one: neither a measurement nor a promise. The measurements of our first customers will replace it.

Your levers, therefore your engagements

  • Your engagements, pre-filled, coming. Take what is included, consolidate: each of your client’s levers arrives with its facts, and the euros not renewed prove what your engagement changed.

Your dated reason to call

  • Your clients’ 2027 budget, voted at the end of the year.
  • Each contract anniversary date.

What Ojja gives you

  1. AI cost, in one meeting. You drop your client's accounting export (FEC) on a free page of Ojja's website, with no account and without their administrator's approval: everything is read in your browser, nothing reaches Ojja. You see what AI cost them over twelve months, in amounts paid, by vendor, invoices and cards included, and the share paid in foreign currencies.
  2. Then the free readout. The export shows neither what sits idle, nor the detail of a reseller's invoice, nor AI bundled into an expense report. What sits idle, the readout reads it: ten minutes of your client's administrator's time, read-only, and an assessment you hand over, with your reading.
  3. Your clients' AI bill. With Ojja Watch, if your client opens it to you: the amount actually paid against the list price, AI paid outside licenses, what is billed on usage, notice periods and renewals, the share paid in foreign currencies.
  4. All your clients on one screen. One line per client, with what is left to decide.
  5. For your client's executive leadership. What it receives from Ojja, on one page.

The framework the catalog links to accounting workflow features: the requirement of a reliable audit trail, with the points to review with your client's counsel or their statutory auditor.

Your engagement, your name

  • Your debrief outline and your proposals carry your name; Ojja's readout carries neither your name nor your code.
  • What you recommend remains your recommendation: Ojja promises no savings in your name.
  • You do not have to be a lawyer: Ojja gives you the facts and the points to review; on a point of law, you invite your client's counsel.

Fictional example

You are the fractional CFO of Bellerive, 180 accounts. In a meeting with its managing director, you drop its accounting export and see what AI cost it over twelve months, by vendor, in amounts paid. The free readout then reads what sits idle. Before its statutory auditor's review, you open the state of its accounting workflow as of the closing date: the active features, what they do on their own, the trail the vendor documents. What Bellerive reclaims or keeps, its managing director decides.

Do you advise on IT purchasing?

Before your client renews: what it pays for in AI, what sits idle and what overlaps. Ojja collects actual usage before each negotiation: the renewals, the seats that sit idle and the duplicates, the purchase of new software. Your dated reason to call: the anniversary date of each of your clients' contracts, and the increase in suites at renewal.

  • “Since you signed”, before each renewal. With Ojja Watch, ninety days before one of your client's renewals: everything that changed on the AI side since the date of their contract, features added or turned on by default, terms, model, price, usage billing.
  • The published terms, edition by edition. AI terms accepted with one click, prompts counted or not as customer data, turning off and training, notice of a model change, intellectual property indemnity on outputs: what the vendor publishes, with the document. Your client's negotiated contract may differ.
  • Declared or committed by contract. For training on your data, where the data is processed, retention and the intellectual property indemnity: what the vendor announces on its page, and what it writes in its DPA, an AI addendum or its terms.
  • Before a purchase, the fact sheet of the candidate software, in the same format as the others, and the equivalent your client already pays for.

What Ojja never does

  • For the state of their accounting workflow, Ojja reads no accounting entry, no invoice and no expense report.
  • Ojja shows no amount and no profile of an employee.
  • Nothing is bought, removed or cut without your clients' approval; Ojja negotiates nothing on their behalf.
  • Ojja gives no tax advice.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
