Partner pricing: two ways to work.
Your access is free. For each client, you choose: they subscribe to Ojja, or you include Ojja in your offer.
Two ways to work
- Your client subscribes. They pay for Ojja Watch or Ojja Watch Committee at the public price. You bill your support separately and you receive 20% of their subscription for 36 months, for each quarter in which you actively follow them; the first quarter is always paid. They are informed of it.
- You include Ojja in your offer. You buy Ojja Watch at the public price minus 25%, client by client: €1.50 excl. VAT per account per month, with a minimum of €150 excl. VAT per client per month. From ten actively followed clients, the discount rises to 30%. You resell at the price you set. Nothing before your first client.
Your client receives a single invoice: yours.
Active follow-up
Active follow-up. A client is actively followed in a quarter if they have given you access to their space and if, in that quarter, they have recorded at least one decision in Ojja or you have sent them at least one monthly note. Ojja records this in your client's space: it is never an assessment.
- A quarter without follow-up. When your client subscribes, your 20% is not paid for that quarter, with no carry-over; nothing is taken back on quarters already paid. The 36 months run from their subscription, without a pause.
- Before the end of the quarter. On the 60th day of a quarter still without follow-up, Ojja warns you in your weekly summary (coming).
- The 30% discount and the confirmed partner status. Earned the quarter after your tenth actively followed client (the third for the status), lost after two quarters in a row below. No loss is final.
- If your client changes partner. They can invite another partner into their workspace for an engagement they entrust to them, without the attachment changing; that partner then receives nothing from Ojja for this client. The attachment moves to another partner only if your client asks for it themselves, on the date of their request. The new partner then receives the Offer 1 remuneration for the part of the thirty-six months still to run; you receive it up to the last quarter ended before that date. Ojja never suggests that your client change partner.
- Introductions to a fellow partner, coming. When your client wants to move forward in an area that calls for another profession, Ojja can introduce a fellow partner, at your request or theirs, never on its own initiative. Nothing is paid between partners.
The example
Example on the public price list: a client with 300 accounts pays €7,200 excl. VAT per year for Ojja Watch; you receive €1,440 per year, or €4,320 over 36 months. Or: you buy Ojja Watch for them at €5,400 excl. VAT per year, and your price remains yours.

Ojja Watch: €24 excl. VAT per account per year (€2 per month), minimum €3,900 excl. VAT per year. Monthly: €2.40 excl. VAT per account, minimum €390 excl. VAT per month.
Ojja Actions (coming), optional: included in Ojja Watch, at no extra charge at launch.
What holds in both cases
- In both cases, your client grants access themselves, remains the owner of their readout and can continue directly if they wish.
- What you receive from Ojja is visible to your client.
- We bill you nothing other than what you rebill, and nothing before your first client.
- The one-year guarantee of Ojja Watch also applies to the clients you support, in both ways of working.
