From decision to action.

A “reclaim” decision no longer ends as a task someone may get to: it ends as a seat freed, dated and verified. Ojja Actions carries out what you decided, after approval by a person at your company.

Request a readout

One offer, two applications

Ojja Actions is part of Ojja Watch, as an option. On the consent screen, your administrator sees two applications: Ojja Reader, which reads, and Ojja Actions, which acts. Each has its own consent and is revoked on its own, without touching the other.

The free readout stays read-only: no write permission is requested at the first consent. Ojja Actions is turned on afterwards, when you decide to.

The cycle of each action

  1. Proposed. What changes, how many accounts, how many euros.
  2. Approved by an authorized person at your company, never the one who asked.
  3. Carried out by Ojja Actions, or by your administrator if you prefer to do it yourself.
  4. Verified by Ojja Reader at the next read, which dates the moment the change is really made.
  5. Logged, with an “undo” button when going back is possible.

Four levels, family of actions by family

  • Read. Nothing changes on your side.
  • Assisted. Ojja prepares the exact action, the list of accounts and the path in the console; your administrator carries it out. No write permission.
  • Delegated. Ojja carries it out after approval, with permissions limited to the groups your administrator entrusts to it.
  • Rule. Ojja acts on its own, within the limits voted by your committee: monthly caps, exclusions, the person notified before any removal, undo, a master switch.

Nobody moves to the rule level in the first month. Every year, your COMEX signs the set of rules.

What Ojja Actions does

  • Seats and the reserve. Seats that sit idle are reclaimed, after notice to the person, and serve the waiting requests; 30-day trials are reclaimed if they are not used.
  • Requests served. A request approved in the portal is served: the person joins the right group, and access follows.
  • Departures. AI licenses are released, keys deactivated, agents handed to a new owner.
  • Features and consents. A feature turned on by default is turned off, an application’s consent is withdrawn, where the vendor allows it; elsewhere, in assisted mode.
  • Your committee’s rules. An inactivity threshold, a quota per department, the length of a pilot: voted by the committee, applied by Ojja, after a simulation on your own data.
  • Renewal. The number of seats to keep, proposed before the notice date.

Nothing new to learn

  • The action starts from the fact: the line “14 seats inactive for 60 days” already carries its verb, “reclaim”.
  • “To handle” brings together the decisions to make and the actions to approve.
  • You approve from a Teams card or an email, without opening Ojja.
  • Your feed gains “done this week” and “to approve”, as counters.
  • The rules live in the settings, turned off by default.

The limits

Not everything has an API: where the vendor does not open write access, Ojja prepares the action and your administrator carries it out.

Reclaiming is not always immediate: some vendors only free a seat at the end of the cycle, and a number of licenses often only goes down at renewal. Reassigning a seat avoids buying another.

What Ojja Actions never does

  • Act without approval from a person at your company, or outside the rules that were voted.
  • Touch anything other than AI: tools, features, agents, keys and consents of AI applications, never your software in general.
  • Read the content, the prompts, the agents’ instructions or your employees’ mailboxes.
  • Show anyone a named list of inactive people: any follow-up goes first to the person concerned.
  • Read the reason for an absence.
  • Decide for you: your committee votes the rules, Ojja applies them.

A rule based on a person’s usage, such as reclaiming their license or following up with them, shows the frameworks that attach to it, informing employees (French Labor Code, Article L. 1222-4) and informing and consulting the works council (CSE) (Article L. 2312-38), with a point to review with your counsel. The point is closed by “reviewed on …”, with its document.

Ojja does not provide legal advice: it records and documents; how the law applies to your situation is for your counsel to determine.
