Ojja draws the plan. You deploy it.
At your clients, Ojja Watch deduces the links that block several processes. When your client decides to address one, they hand it to you: you receive a complete specification, you deliver, and the next snapshot attests the delivery to your client. Ojja builds nothing and does not invoice your engagement.
Soon, with Ojja Watch.
What you receive
- The tools concerned. The ones the link connects or the engagement touches.
- Feasibility. What the tools already allow, and what is left to buy or build.
- The permissions needed. The ones to request from your client’s administrator.
- The data involved and where it is processed. Which data goes through the engagement, and where it is processed.
- The frameworks to review. The ones the catalog links to the feature, with the points to review with your counsel.
- The delivery criterion. What the next snapshot must show for the engagement to be met.
A preview of the sheet, on a fictional example
Fictional example, at Arvenne. The values are illustrative; the real sheet is drawn up for each engagement.
- Link. A PDF invoice re-entered in the accounting tool.
- Tools concerned. Arvenne’s email, purchasing tool and accounting tool.
- Feasibility. An extraction feature is documented in a tool already paid for; it is switched off.
- Permissions needed. Administrator of the purchasing tool, to switch the feature on.
- Data involved. Supplier invoices; processed at the tool vendor, as today.
- Delivery criterion. The feature is switched on, and the next snapshot shows it in use.
Who does what
- Ojja deduces the links from the tools and the processes, and prepares the sheet.
- Your client decides whether to address a link.
- You deploy the link your client handed to you.
- The next snapshot records what changed.
